About the project
ClientZen is the first customer experience management platform for B2B digital agencies that uses AI to measure client happiness in real time. The web application drives a data-driven analysis that generates accurate personality insights and actionable items to improve your NPS score and reduce the churn rate.
The Challenge
While having happy clients is a critical part of any growth strategy, the current feedback assessment means is not delivering real results promptly. The team's goal at Digitalya is to provide a solution that gathers real-time customer feedback based on AI and ML and delivers accurate insights and next-step suggestions to increase client happiness and generate new business opportunities.
The Solution
We build a web application that integrates the most common means of communication, like Gmail, Slack, and Outlook, to provide accurate feedback based on sentiment analysis. The tool provides personality insights based on written communication and business bits of advice based on the NPS level on which the client is on. The platform generates personised profiles for each customer while being 100% GDPR compliant.

ClientZen is a product developed based on the existing need to gather and assess real-time feedback and developed from our love for the endless possibilities of Artificial Intelligence.
