What are we looking for?

Senior Business Development Manager with at least 3+ years of experience, including a strong track record in the pharma industry, building and maintaining client relationships.

What will be your role?

As a Senior Business Development Manager, your responsibility will be to build strong relationships with potential clients and demonstrate how our capabilities can help them achieve their goals.

Your role will include leading sales efforts and managing client relationships, tracking industry trends, recommending new products and services, fostering strategic partnerships, and crafting proposals.

You’ll be the first point of contact for inbound inquiries and take charge of our outbound strategy, guiding leads through the pipeline process—from initial conversation to proposal and conversion.

You’ll be a passionate communicator who can clearly convey ideas, build client trust, and define new working opportunities.

What will you do:

  • Driving revenue growth and expanding the company’s market presence;
  • Identifying prospects and developing strategies to secure new business;
  • Building strong client relationships to support long-term growth;
  • Managing the sales pipeline and ensuring timely deal closures;
  • Tracking trends, proposing new services, and exploring partnerships;
  • Representing the company at industry events and conferences;
  • Collaborating with Marketing on campaigns and lead generation;
  • Managing the end-to-end process of proposals, presentations, and client engagements to showcase solutions;
  • Monitoring Pipedrive and reporting on performance metrics;
  • Accountable for achieving sales targets;
  • You’ll be required to travel to Romania for planning sessions and workshops (once or twice a year)

What should you have?

  • Pharma & healthcare experience essential, with genuine interest in the domain;
  • 3+ years in a similar role, with a track record of client relationship building;
  • Hands-on experience with web technologies;
  • Excellent communicator with engaging, positive presentation style.

The working schedule is flexible and based on deliverables, as long as there is availability to attend key Sales and Marketing meetings and actively contribute to business development efforts.
